Maxine has experience of and training in supervising other psychologists at varying levels of training, qualification and experience.  She has also supervised other professionals and therapists in their clinical work.  Supervision is a professional service that usually involves engaging in a supervisory relationship over a period of time.  Many professionals require supervision to be part of their usual working practice to ensure they are practising safely and within the guidance of their professional body.  Specific supervision can be offered too if there is a particular child or family that would be helpful to discuss.  Confidentiality is really important in the supervisory relationship and will be held unless there is a safeguarding concern.
